In the report published by the health bureau, 100% of the covid-19 testing facilities are fully operational but 9 of those haven't submitted yet its latest data in the COVID-19 Document Repository System (CDRS). It is expected that these remaining laboratories could contribute a total of 2.2% from samples which were tested positive.
RESTRICTIONS
Under Alert Level 3, physical activities like face-to-face classes, contact sports, funfairs, live voice and wind instrument events are not allowed.
Intrazonal and interzonal travel will be allowed subject to guidelines set by the local government unit of destination.
Allowable capacity for certain establishments will also be limited to 30% for indoor venues and 50% for outdoor venues.
Gatherings for necrological services, wakes, inurnment, and funerals would still be allowed.
Operations of casinos are still prohibited. Gatherings in residences of individuals not belonging to the same household are also not allowed.
People in are highly recommended to stay away from crowded areas and to observe all public health protocols to mitigate the continuous spread of the covid-19. Also, individuals are also being encouraged to get vaccinated for an added health protection especially that the Omicron variant is rapidly spreading in different communities.
